Privacy Policy
Loud Lion LLC
Effective date: 10 September 2026
Loud Lion LLC ("Loud Lion LLC," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website loud-lion.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors to the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only, and not to information collected through separate engagements, contracts, or the PharmaScale™ Blueprint programme, which are governed by their own agreements.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Loud Lion LLC is a commercial architecture consultancy incorporated in Delaware, USA, and operating from Malaysia, serving founder-led pharmaceutical and biotech companies. For the purposes of this Policy, Loud Lion LLC is the "data controller" of the personal information described below.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us through the Site, as follows:
2.1 Contact / Enquiry Form
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, company name, job title, and the content of your message.
2.2 Meeting Bookings (Calendly)
If you book a call or meeting through a Calendly link on the Site, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you provide when scheduling (such as your time zone or notes about the meeting). This information is processed by Calendly, Inc. as a separate data processor/controller under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review at https://calendly.com/privacy. Loud Lion LLC receives your booking details in order to prepare for and conduct the meeting.
2.3 Newsletter Signup
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address (and, where provided, your name) for the purpose of sending you updates, insights, and content related to commercial architecture and growth for founder-led pharma and biotech companies. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send, or by contacting us directly.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to help a website function and to remember information about your visit. We use the following categories of cookies on the Site:
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the Site to function properly — for example, remembering your cookie consent preferences — and cannot be switched off. They do not require your consent under most data protection laws.
3.2 Analytics Cookies
At present, the Site does not run analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics). If we introduce analytics or similar measurement tools in the future, they will only be activated after you provide consent through the cookie banner described below, and this Policy will be updated accordingly.
3.3 Advertising / Third-Party Cookies
We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies, and any embedded third-party content (such as a Calendly booking widget) may set its own cookies under that provider's own privacy and cookie policy, independent of Loud Lion LLC.
3.4 Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner will ask you to Accept, Reject, or manage your preferences for non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored so you are not asked again on every visit. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this Site or, once available, via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the Site footer. Strictly necessary cookies will continue to operate regardless of your preference, as they are required for the Site to work.
3.5 Managing Cookies via Your Browser
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site functions.
3.6 Information We Do Not Currently Collect
Our web hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) for security and site-operation purposes, consistent with standard hosting practice, independent of the cookie banner described above.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
• Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form
• Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on meetings and calls
• Send newsletter content to subscribers who have opted in
• Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Site
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable data protection law (such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation) requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the following:
• Consent — for newsletter subscriptions and any optional communications
• Legitimate interests — for responding to enquiries and operating the Site, where this does not override your rights and interests
• Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one — for meeting bookings related to a prospective engagement.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
• With service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — for example, Calendly (scheduling) and our email/newsletter platform — who process information on our behalf and are contractually or otherwise obligated to protect it
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Loud Lion LLC, our clients, or others
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the transferee's agreement to honour this Policy
7. International Data Transfers
Loud Lion LLC is incorporated in Delaware, USA, and operates from Malaysia. Depending on which service providers we use, your information may be processed in the United States, Malaysia, or other countries where our providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, enquiry details until the matter is resolved, and newsletter contact information until you unsubscribe or request deletion — unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law, which may include the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use by adults, including founders and executives of pharmaceutical and biotech companies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the Site is not directed at children.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as LinkedIn or Calendly). This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Effective date" at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page; where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
